What we do

Remedial Massage - Hands on treatment with the aim to relieve musculoskeletal pain and induce a state of physical and mental relaxation. There are several types of massage techniques that can be used to improve your range of motion, muscle function, and promote a healing response in the affected region.

Sports Therapy - This is treatment more specific to exercise or occupational demands, with the objective being performance enhancement, injury prevention, and injury rehabilitation. Your treatment will likely consist of various manual therapy methods, and time spent in the gym area assessing factors such as mobility, strength and movement patterns.

*Your appointment may just be massage or a combination of both. This will be discussed upon arrival.

Commonly treated conditions

  • General muscle soreness

  • Neck stiffness and headaches

Treatment methods

“Lisa has been a life saver for me. She has gone above and beyond, not only to treat my back and shoulder pain, but to research its causes specific to my job and address them for a long term solution. I highly recommend.”
